Individual Coaching

In individual coaching, we meet in a space of presence and attention.


A space where you can slow down, listen more closely, and notice what is already moving within you.

You bring the topic or goal you wish to explore, and we stay attentive to what is alive in the moment as we work with it.

 

Often, clarity arises not through effort, but through allowing something to settle and reorganize from within.

What happens in our sessions

Together, we gently explore the topics and goals you bring.

We pay attention not only to what you want to change or move toward, but also to what may be shaping your experience beneath the surface.

As awareness grows, clarity often emerges naturally. Many clients find that while their goals are met, something deeper also shifts: a greater sense of alignment, ease, and inner freedom.

 

This work may suit you if

  • you feel tired of pushing or self-improvement strategies

  • you sense that something essential is being overlooked

  • you are ready to listen more honestly to yourself

  • you value depth, subtlety, and presence

  • ​This work is not about becoming someone else.

It is about living more in alignment with who you already are.

Practicalities

Individual sessions are offered online or in person.
The rhythm and duration are agreed together, depending on what feels supportive for you.
