Mentor coaching for coaches
If you are a professional coach, or in the process of becoming one, mentor coaching offers a dedicated space to deepen your practice.

In these sessions, you bring your coaching work, questions, and challenges. Together, we explore them through the lens of presence, awareness, and alignment, so that your own coaching becomes clearer, more grounded, and more impactful.

How I work as a mentor coach

My approach to mentor coaching is both supportive and precise.
We look at your sessions in relation to the ICF competencies, while staying connected to who you are as a coach.

Rather than focusing on performance or correction, we pay attention to:
-
how you listen
-
how you partner with clients
-
how your presence shapes the coaching relationship
From there, insight and integration arise naturally.

ICF alignment
I offer mentor coaching for coaches in certification, for those seeking to obtain the next ICF credential, and for coaches who wish to deepen their practice in an ICF-aligned way.

I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC, ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
In addition to my independent mentor coaching practice, I also work as a supervisor and mentor coach within the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).
Mentor coaching hours can be counted toward ICF credentialing requirements.

This work may suit you if
-
you want to refine your coaching rather than add techniques
-
you value presence, subtlety, and integrity in coaching
-
you are open to reflection and honest inquiry
-
you are committed to your own ongoing development as a coach

A note on group mentoring
From time to time, mentor coaching also happens in small groups. These groups tend to form organically and offer a rich space for shared reflection and learning among peers.
